Account Executive (Inbound)

Join Jobber, a leading software company dedicated to helping small businesses succeed. As an Account Executive (Inbound), you will develop relationships with small businesses, understand their challenges and goals, and recommend how they can best use Jobber. You will drive connections with potential customers through phone, email, and SMS outreach, and demonstrate Jobber's value through conversations, social proof, and product demonstrations. This is a fast-paced, consultative sales role with uncapped earning potential.

• Establish and nurture relationships with small businesses to understand their challenges and goals.
• Drive outreach efforts through phone, email, and SMS to connect with potential customers.
• Demonstrate Jobber’s value through conversations, social proof, and product demonstrations.

• Data-driven, with the ability to source and interpret data and create a narrative from it
• Demonstrated experience in a sales environment with commission and/or targets, and the ability to describe how you were successful
• Able to find solutions, take ownership when something isn’t going right, and think quickly on your feet
• Driven, tenacious, and disciplined; able to balance the highs and lows of sales and bring your best to the job daily
• Coachable and adaptable, and comfortable with change and ambiguity
• Enjoys technology and is excited to share that enthusiasm
• Ability to drive urgency and excitement in a dynamic environment with a fairly short sales cycle, and be energized by high volume and the prospect of uncapped earning potential
• Clear and confident communication style, with the ability to actively listen, consult with customers, and understand their needs; comfortable with frequent phone conversations
• Previous experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system, preferably Salesforce
