Join Anthropic, a rapidly growing AI company, as a Business Recruiter in London. In this full-cycle recruiting role, you will partner with hiring managers across EMEA to source, screen, and manage candidates for either G&A functions or the Go-To-Market organization. You will have real ownership over the roles you run and work in a fast-moving environment.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of G&A or GTM roles across EMEA, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and build effective sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines.

• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple searches at once without dropping details
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• Clear, direct communication style and a bias toward action
• Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape and comfort recruiting across multiple countries
• Strong stakeholder management—you build trust and partnership with hiring managers
• Genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission and the role recruiting plays in achieving it
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in either G&A (Finance, Legal, People) or GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) hiring
• Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets

• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
• Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland
• Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company
• Additional European language skills relevant to hiring across the region
