SOC Team Lead

As a Security Operations Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Centre (SOC), lead a team of security analysts and engineers, and ensure high-quality service delivery. You will also support incident response efforts, drive operational improvements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in security operations and team leadership.

• Manage and oversee SOC operations and delivery of managed security services to clients, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution.
• Coordinate and manage incident response efforts, ensuring timely detection, escalation, containment, and resolution of security incidents.
• Lead and mentor a team of SOC analysts, providing regular feedback and training, and promoting knowledge sharing and adherence to operational playbooks and standards.
