Join Xero, a leading global accounting software platform, as the Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution for the UK. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive the strategic execution of go-to-market initiatives, oversee regional alignment, and ensure major product launches meet commercial objectives. You will have decision-making authority for regional GTM trade-offs, resource allocation, and market readiness. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave, with a hybrid working model based in the UK.

• Defining, evolving, and executing the UK GTM strategy and operating model across regional commercial events and regulatory deadlines.
• Leading cross-functional alignment forums across Sales, Marketing, Product, and CX teams to drive shared accountability and clear decision-making.
• Overseeing the UK GTM roadmap using tools like Asana while leveraging AI technology such as Claude to streamline delivery and cross-team communication.

• Exceptional communication abilities, suited to synthesizing progress, risks, and recommendations for executive leadership and steering committees
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with a track record of aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams around shared outcomes
• Strategic leadership experience driving complex, multi-regional go-to-market programmes and commercial launches within SaaS or technology environments
• Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to boost efficiency, streamline reporting, and improve daily workflows
• Broad commercial acumen combined with comfortable decision-making ability in ambiguous or fast-paced situations
• Familiarity with modern project portfolio management tools such as Asana or Jira to keep workstreams transparent and organized
