Senior Mid-Market Account Executive

Join Flagright, a fast-growing fintech company, as a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive. In this high-ownership role, you will be responsible for winning new customers and driving revenue growth across Europe. You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships within the fintech compliance ecosystem, and represent Flagright at industry events and customer meetings. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets, and experience selling into fintech, payments, or banking.

• High performer with a strong track record of building and managing pipeline and consistently exceeding revenue targets
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from qualification through to contract signature
• 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, with responsibility for closing deals
• Willing and able to travel up to 60% of the time
• Disciplined and organized approach to pipeline management, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and deal execution
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment with high ownership and autonomy
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical, contractual, and commercial discussions
• Experience building trust, credibility and selling to both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience selling into fintech, payments or banking and/or for a regtech is highly desirable
• Based in or near London with right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
