In Service Support Manager - Tactical & Satellite Communications - Global Opportunity

Plan and manage maintenance and support projects for communication systems. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities , repairs, field support and technical assistance. Manage upgrades, incidents, obsolescence issues and modifications. Monitor planning, costs, risks, milestones, deliverables and KPIs. Manage the day-to-day relationship with the customer and contractual follow-up. Coordinate multidisciplinary internal teams and suppliers. Monitor system availability and service levels. Identify additional support, modernisation or contract extension needs during project execution.
