In Service Support Manager – Simulation - copy

Plan and manage maintenance and support projects for simulation systems . Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, HW/SW support, repairs and technical assistance. Manage upgrades, modifications, obsolescence and enhancements to in-service systems. Monitor planning, costs, risks, milestones, deliverables and KPIs. Manage the day-to-day customer relationship and contractual follow-up. Coordinate internal multidisciplinary teams and suppliers. Support the preparation of scope extensions and new requirements identified during contract execution.
