Senior Cyber Security Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to strengthen and scale our security capabilities across the Group. In this hands-on role, you will improve security visibility, monitoring, and incident response across Cloudflare, Microsoft 365, Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM, and our broader infrastructure, while preparing the organization for integration with a managed SOC. This is a key role in building foundational security practices and embedding security into day-to-day operations within a fast-paced, regulated environment. ++++Does This Sound Like You?++++ 5+ years of experience in cyber security or security engineering Strong hands-on experience with: - SIEM or log management platforms - Cloudflare security (WAF, bot protection, traffic filtering) - Microsoft 365 security (Entra ID, Defender, audit logs) Experience working with or integrating managed SOC / MDR services Confidence in troubleshooting, threat detection and incident investigation A systems-thinking mindset and the ability to operate across complex, distributed environments Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
