About The Role

Working language: English (Estonian not required)
Work tasks: MyArchitectAI is AI rendering software for architects and interior designers. Users upload a design and get a photorealistic render in seconds that keeps their geometry and materials. Then they can swap materials, change lighting and objects, upscale, or turn the still into a video. We're a small founder-led team and we move fast. Our working language is English.
We're looking for a product designer who works with current AI design tools every day, and turns product data and user observation into simple, beautiful experiences that founders and engineers can ship quickly.

  • Continuously find friction and opportunities across MyArchitectAI's onboarding, rendering, editing, project and asset workflows.
  • Turn founder ideas, PostHog data and user observations into clear hypotheses and better flows.
  • Study how architects and interior designers actually work, look at comparable products, and propose new workflows without waiting for a fixed brief.
  • Prototype fast with AI-native tools (e.g. Claude, Figma AI, Figma-to-code workflows) and present options with trade-offs to the founders.
  • Work directly with engineers from design through to production.
  • Raise the product's visual quality, clarity and design-system consistency while keeping it simple for regular users.

We offer: - Working directly with the founders and real ownership of the product experience.- Remote work; Tallinn optional.

  • Employment contract or contractor agreement, as you prefer.
  • English is our working language; Estonian is not required.
  • Salary negotiable.

Other requirements: You have: - Demonstrable daily use of AI-assisted design tools in real visual or product-design work, and you can show your workflow.

  • A portfolio with substantial multi-step product flows, not only isolated final screens.
  • Experience designing for regular or non-technical users; creative tools especially welcome.
  • Strong visual craft together with clear UX reasoning.
  • Designs that shipped together with engineers.
  • You can explain how user behaviour, research or product data changed a design decision.
  • Good English (our working language). Estonian is not required.

Nice to have:
Designing creative software, AI creation tools, image/video products or canvas tools; connecting Figma and code; PostHog or similar product analytics; familiarity with architecture, interiors, 3D or AEC.
Option to work from home: Yes
