Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position details
Reports to: Regional Manager BG RO HU & CZPurpose of the Role: Support the smooth handling of customer orders and daily commercial operations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and a high level of customer service.

Opportunity
Process customer orders, direct deliveries, and internal stock movements in company systemsCoordinate daily transport activities and communicate with carriers, customs brokers, customers, and suppliersProvide day-to-day support to Sales Managers, including the preparation of quotations and customer offersMonitor credit status, payment terms, customer claims, and credit note issuanceMaintain customer and company master data and ensure data accuracy across systemsManage order fulfillment from order entry through delivery, ensuring timely execution and a high level of customer servicePrepare and check export, transport, and logistics documentationSupport the monitoring of warehouse transactions, stock reconciliations, and repackaging activities

Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field2-3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar roleFluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages will be considered an assetVery good knowledge of MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint, pivot, outlook)Knowledge of SAP will be considered an assetStrong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detailStrong communication and customer-service skillsAbility to prioritize, plan and effectively manage daily operational tasks
