You'll work collaboratively with businesses to ensure compliance with Irish legislation, promote a positive safety culture and deliver practical, commercial health and safety solutions.What will you doProvide competent health and safety advice to clients.Carry out workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.Produce and review RAMS, policies and safety <documentation.Support> clients in achieving and maintaining legislative compliance.Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety training where required.Investigate incidents and provide recommendations to prevent <recurrence.Build> strong client relationships through regular site visits and ongoing support.Keep up to date with Irish health and safety legislation and industry best practiceWho you arePrevious experience in a Health & Safety Advisor or Consultant <position.Able> to travel in and around the Wexford and Southeast areas.A recognised Health & Safety qualification.Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation.Experience carrying out audits, inspections and risk assessments.Strong report writing and administrative abilities.A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.Join usYou’ll be joining a business where your contribution matters and where professionalism, integrity and teamwork are genuinely valued.
