Virtual High Impact Tutor

Framework is now hiring High Impact Virtual Tutors!
Framework is seeking experienced and creative tutors to provide engaging, high-quality virtual tutoring to a diverse group of elementary, middle, or high school students covering various subjects.
Tutors will work with small groups or one-on-one, delivering instruction using provided curriculum and interactive slide decks. Sessions range from 15 minute to 60 minute sessions on a safe and secure online platform.

Open availability (preference given to those available daily from 5:30-7:30 pm ET)

W-2, part-time (no guaranteed minimum hours)
Pay:
$18-22 per hour

Remote - must reside and work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in 1:1 and small group settings
Create a safe, fun, and interactive virtual classroom
Engage students in interactive, goal-focused learning
Adapt instruction to meet each student’s needs
Administer assessments as required
Maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team

Requirements

At least 1 year experience tutoring, virtually or in person
Completion of at least two years (60 credit hours) of college coursework
Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace
Ability to pass a federal background check (may include fingerprinting)
Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Associates Degree or higher
Prior online tutoring experience
Experience with SpEd or ESL students
Bilingual abilities
