Head Origination

What exactly you will do here

• Lead and develop a high-performing Origination organization, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, engagement, innovation, and operational excellence
• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end Origination value chain, ensuring efficient, scalable, and customer-centric operations
• Drive business performance through clear KPIs, service levels, conversion metrics, productivity indicators, and data-driven decision-making
• Shape and drive the future Origination operating model through digitalization, intelligent automation, AI-enabled processes, and strategic transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience, increase scalability, improve workforce productivity and support sustainable growth
• Partner closely with Product, Technology, Risk, Commercial and other stakeholders to design and deliver seamless customer journeys and strategic growth initiatives
• Ensure robust risk management, regulatory compliance, governance, and operational resilience across all Origination activities

What we're looking for

• Academic degree or comparable professional qualification, combined with extensive leadership experience in customer operations within banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated environment, with a strong track record in leading larger operational departments
• Inspirational and resilient leader with a growth mindset, skilled at building high-performing teams, navigating complexity, and leading through change
• Proven ability to translate strategic ambitions into scalable operational capabilities and sustainable business outcomes
• Strong track record of driving digital transformation, process modernization, and large-scale change initiatives with measurable business impact
• Expertise in customer journey management, data-driven performance steering, automation, AI, and operational excellence
• Fluent in English, German skills is a strong advantag
