Production Planner

JOB SUMMARY The MPS/MRP Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and executing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process to ensure production schedules align with customer demand, sales forecasts, inventory objectives, material availability, and manufacturing capacity. This role requires an experienced, self-directed professional who can independently identify and resolve planning issues, anticipate material and capacity constraints, and coordinate cross-functional activities to maintain production flow and meet customer delivery commitments. The successful candidate must be a self-starter capable of managing competing priorities, making sound decisions, and driving results with limited supervision or oversight.
