About the Role

The Business Development Manager will build and manage a corporate accounts pipeline for a premium electric vehicle (EV) chauffeur brand from the ground up. Target clients include banks, embassies, multinational companies, law and consulting firms, hotels, and healthcare and medical tourism providers.

This role reports directly to the Managing Director.

What You'll Own

• Full sales cycle: Lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing corporate deals. Operations, invoicing, and customer service are handled by other teams. This role focuses exclusively on generating and closing new business.
• Building relationships with corporate travel managers and procurement teams, not just operational contacts.
• Structuring and pitching corporate accounts with consolidated billing and a single point of contact.
• Positioning the EV fleet as a sustainability and ESG advantage for corporate clients.
• Developing sales strategies and industry-specific playbooks for embassies, hospitals and medical tourism providers, hotels, and finance and law firms.

Must-Have Requirements

• Current or recent experience in the car rental, chauffeur, or limousine industry.
• A proven, documented track record of personally closing corporate deals.
• An existing referral network within the car rental and chauffeur industry. Candidates should already have relevant industry relationships that can be leveraged to generate leads.
• Strong lead generation and prospecting skills. The role requires building an independent sales pipeline rather than relying on inbound leads.
• Experience selling to procurement teams and corporate travel managers, ideally within a car rental or chauffeur company.
• Good Arabic and English communication skills.

Reporting & Compensation

• Reports directly to the Managing Director.
