The center is proudly partnered with Compass Surgical Partners, a national leader in developing and managing ambulatory surgery centers across the U.S.Hours:PRN, Monday–Friday; 7:00 am- 3:30 pmNo nights, weekends, holidays, or callWhat You’ll DoPrepare surgical suites and sterile fields for a wide range of orthopedic proceduresAssist surgeons during operations by anticipating needs and passing instrumentsManage counts of instruments, needles, and sponges to maintain patient safetyHandle and label specimens properlySupport cleaning, restocking, and sterilization of surgical equipmentCollaborate with nurses, surgeons, and support staff to ensure smooth case flowWhat You’ll BringGraduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist programCurrent Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credentialAt least 1 year of OR experience within the last 3–5 yearsCurrent BLS certification (ACLS/PALS a plus)Preferred: Member of the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST)Strong communication and teamwork skillsHigh attention to detail and aseptic techniqueAbility to remain calm under pressureCommitment to patient-centered carePhysical & Work Environment RequirementsFrequent standing, lifting, and repetitive hand movementsExposure to surgical environments, equipment, and sterilization processesPRN during Monday- Friday; 7am-3:30pm; one later start every 5-6 weeksWhy Compass Surgical Partners?Compass Surgical Partners is a leading, independent, full-service ambulatory surgery center (ASC) development and management partner.
