Resort Manager Portugal ((M/W/X) Permanent contract - Lisboa

Join Le Collectionist, a luxury holiday rental company, as a Resort Manager in Portugal. You will be responsible for the overall operational execution, financial performance, and long-term development of the destination. Your role will involve owner account management, field operations, quality control, and problem-solving on-site. You will also lead the destination's strategic vision and ensure compliance with headquarters guidelines.

• Responsable de l'exécution opérationnelle globale, de la performance financière et du développement à long terme de la destination.
• Gestion des comptes des propriétaires, en assurant la gestion complète du cycle de vie des contrats, l'exactitude des données et l'optimisation commerciale.
• Supervision de la dynamique du portefeuille de villas, garantissant que 100 % des villas répondent aux normes ultra-luxueuses de l'entreprise.

• Experience: 4–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, operations management, or high-end concierge.
• Leadership & Operations: Hands-on leadership and proven ability to build and run on-the-ground operations.
• Work Ethic & Soft Skills: Resourcefulness, strong autonomy, and high rigor in task tracking and reporting.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Languages: Fluency in English, along with proficiency in either Portuguese or French (both are a big plus).
• Location: Based in Lisbon.
• Requirements: Valid driving licence.
