Senior Product Manager

Join pony, a leading e-bike and scooter operator in Europe, as a Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will reshape the tools that run our operations, from field apps to our company-wide platform, Groom. You will have full ownership of our internal ops tools and will work closely with the Head of Product. Your main responsibilities will include owning internal tools end to end, prioritizing needs and owning your roadmap, building AI-powered product workflows, setting the framework for internal tools, and bringing the best of outside in.

• Rethink and simplify the Groom platform, focusing on an AI-first approach and a clear product vision.
• Define the future of operational apps, enhancing their capabilities beyond current functionalities.
• Build an AI-powered product engine to streamline software development and improve efficiency.

• **Educational background:** a Master's degree from a top business school or engineering school.

• **Experience:** 5 to 8 years in product, at senior level, ideally as a first PM in a startup or SaaS company, or in product ops.

• **AI skills:** you have already designed and built automations or concrete tools with AI (LLM agents, n8n, Make, scripts…) and can walk us through what you shipped.

• **Ownership & impact:** you care about building the right thing, and building it right. You take full responsibility for your work and its impact on users and the product.

• **Interest in operations:** you're motivated by operational challenges and curious about how things work on the ground.

• **Data-driven:** you base your decisions on data, you analyse what matters, spot trends and turn them into clear recommendations.

• **People skills:** you communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams, from field staff to management.

• **Problem-solving mindset:** you approach problems with pragmatism, balancing quick wins with long-term solutions that scale.
