Group Reporting Manager (Maternity Cover — Fixed-Term Contract)

In this maternity cover fixed-term contract, you will lead the Group Reporting Team, manage the consolidation of financial statements, oversee the audit process, and provide technical accounting guidance. • Lead the Group Reporting Team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of consolidated results, and review the Group consolidation monthly.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS on a quarterly, interim, and full-year basis, and manage the interim and year-end audit process.
• Provide technical accounting guidance to senior management and other finance teams, and continuously review and improve internal controls and processes.

• A friendly, outgoing team player who is willing to learn and support the goals of the wider organisation
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with finance or accounting systems; SAP, Hyperion/HFM, OneStream, or group ERP knowledge is a plus, but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a strong technical focus
• Experience working on multi-currency consolidated financial statements and audits
• Strong audit background, ideally with Big Four experience
• A flexible attitude and the ability to cope well with the demands of an evolving company
• Ability to use AI tools to streamline workstreams and identify efficiencies
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS
• ACA-qualified accountant
