Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

As a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you will improve capabilities for customer-facing teams, own the KPI suite and dashboards, and drive operational efficiency gains. You will lead a high-performing RevOps team and have a direct impact on revenue growth.

• Own the KPI suite, the dashboards and the weekly performance reporting for Sales, Service and Collections. Set the analytics standard across the customer-facing teams.
• Own the RevOps build roadmap and act as both product manager and builder on it: AI-assisted quality assurance and coaching tooling, call transcription and conversational intelligence.
• Identify and execute operational efficiency gains across sales and contact-centre processes. Drive team adoption of tools and best practices to directly increase conversion and productivity.
