UX/UI Sr. Specialist

Job Brief: Responsible for designing the customer experience and the user interface across the Umniah digital touchpoints, within an omnichannel view of the customer, since customers move between touchpoints within the same task and continue in a shop or with Customer Care. The role covers journey mapping, experience and interface design, prototyping, usability testing, design system maintenance and design handover to development, in both Arabic and English. It is a hands-on role that produces the design work directly.
