Instructional Designer Services Analyst I

Designs and develops basic learning solutions, including web-based learning, instructor-led, blended instruction and virtual sessions, within the technological environment of the client. Receives learning objectives and other source content from client subject matter experts, organizes it into a logical, instructional flow appropriate for the culture and level of expertise of the learners/end users. Responds to client design needs including escalations and risk inquiries related to the design and client subject matter expert issues Revises or redevelops learning solution in response to feedback from the client. Delivers project on time within budget. Performs maintenance on existing training material Demonstrates the application of adult learning instructional design to the training industry
