Transformational leadership opportunity Role: Deputy CHRO-ESL Grade: M3 Location: Bokaro Key Responsibilities •Partner with SBUs to align people strategy with business goals and growth ambitions. •Act as an “Enabler and Builder of Talent” by ensuring Right Management in Place (RMIP) and strengthening people-business integration to deliver greater business results. •Lead HR Business Partnering across assets to drive organizational performance & achieve benchmark productivity. •Drive organization design, workforce planning, and productivity improvement initiatives. •Lead performance management, employee engagement, culture-building, and change management initiatives. •Strengthen HR governance, policies, systems, people analytics, and digitalization to enhance organizational effectiveness. •Drive enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs. •Improve statutory and compliance audit ratings and liaise with external stakeholders for better coordination. •Drive benchmarking to incorporate latest global trends and initiatives in HR to ensure agility with evolving industry. Candidate Profile •15+ years of experience •MBA/MSW (HR) •Demonstrated leadership capability in driving transformation and organizational change. •Dynamic & Enthusiastic Professional with Ownership Mindset •Strong business acumen & interpersonal skills •Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership teams. •Excellent analytical skills and new age HR concepts •Experience in employee relations and engagement with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
