Job Position Title: Senior Associate_ Microsoft Fabric & Databricks_Data & Analytics_Advisory_Kolkata Job Description Core skills: Hands-on development in Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks covering OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, notebooks, pipelines, SQL, Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake and Power BI/semantic models. Databricks: Experience with Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables/Lakeflow, Auto Loader, Workflows, SQL Warehouses, MLflow, Model Serving, Vector Search and Genie Agents (formerly Genie Spaces). Fabric: Experience with Data Factory pipelines, Lakehouse/Warehouse, Direct Lake, semantic models, Power BI, Real-Time Intelligence/Eventhouse and Fabric-based data integration. Engineering: Strong Python/PySpark/SQL; ETL/ELT, data modelling, performance tuning, data quality, testing and troubleshooting; experience with Git, CI/CD, Azure DevOps/GitHub and Databricks Asset Bundles. Preferred: Exposure to GenAI/RAG, vector databases, agentic AI, AI/BI, semantic/metric layers, governance and enterprise data security.
