Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive leads, conversions, and business growth.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CVR, and ROAS.
Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve campaign targets.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign settings to improve performance.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign efficiency and conversion results.
Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the team to align performance marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing, lead generation, and performance optimization.
Experience analyzing campaign metrics, managing budgets, and conducting A/B testing.
Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable making decisions based on campaign performance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple campaigns and communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
