Regulatory Fraud and Risk Specialist

As a Regulatory Fraud and Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for fraud detection and prevention, ensuring compliance with regulatory, fraud, and GDPR requirements. You will provide expertise in fraud, risk, and KYC to all teams, handle customer documents, analyze customer deposits, and investigate financial irregularities. This role requires a sound knowledge of risk work, experience in fraud analysis and investigations, and fluency in English and Portuguese.

• Assurer la conformité avec toutes les exigences réglementaires, de fraude et de protection des données dans tous les marchés.
• Fournir une expertise en matière de fraude, de risque et de connaissance du client à toutes les équipes, y compris l'anti-blanchiment d'argent et la diligence raisonnable.
• Participer à la création de documents et à la clarification des traductions, et gérer les documents des clients dans le cadre du processus de connaissance du client.

**Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications:**

Essential

• Sound knowledge of the different aspects of Risk work including Online Payments or Financial Services knowledge
• Ability to identify subtle fraud and abuse patterns
• Sound and demonstrable experience with fraud analysis and investigations
• Fluent in English and Portuguese language at a business level
• Command of another language is a plus
• Self-motivation
• Ability to perform well under tight deadlines within a dynamic environment
• Good command of Microsoft office tools
• Proven aptitude to work in a team
• Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach
