• Plan and execute engaging, high-impact campaigns that deepen loyalty and drive customer lifetime value.
• Take ownership of day-to-day engagement marketing activity, collaborating with colleagues internally, as well as external partners.
• Develop tailored engagement strategies for different customer cohorts, using customer data and insights to build audience segments.

• Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience delivering customer engagement or lifecycle marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• A good understanding of data protection, consent and best practice in customer communications
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation

• Confidence using campaign performance data to evaluate results and identify opportunities to improve
