Data Scientist - Broker Terms

Join iwoca, a leading fintech company dedicated to supporting small businesses with flexible and responsive finance solutions. As a Data Scientist in the Broker Terms team, you'll shape the analytical approach for iwoca's biggest acquisition channel, influencing pricing, loan amounts, durations, and broker commissions. You'll work in a small, interdisciplinary team and have a direct impact on the company's commercial success.

• Model expected customer take-up rates, design experiments, and translate findings into pricing and product decisions for the acquisition channel that drives the most customer lifetime value (CLTV).
• Work with commercial and strategy colleagues to see your analysis applied directly in day-to-day decisions, including meeting brokers in person to gain context.
• Think across the full broker-referred customer journey – from first funding to repeat – identifying what drives CLTV and what changes to offer terms or UX improve it.
