Senior Manager of Technical Recruiting

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, setting clear expectations and fostering an inclusive team culture.
• Own the recruiting strategy for EMEA, aligning regional hiring plans with business priorities and building the capabilities needed to support international growth.
• Use recruiting analytics to identify trends, improve funnel performance, forecast hiring risks, and drive continuous improvement across the hiring process.

• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using recruiting data and market insights to shape hiring strategies and influence business decisions
• Experience developing and executing hiring strategies in new or emerging markets where recruiting infrastructure and talent networks are still being established
• Proven ability to lead recruiting teams through organizational growth and change while maintaining high performance and delivering hiring results
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and build trusted partnerships with senior leaders
• 10+ years of experience leading full-cycle technical recruiting, with a track record of hiring for engineering and other technical roles at scale
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA talent market, with experience hiring in the UK, Poland, and Spain preferred
