• Lead the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain programme roadmaps, integrated delivery plans, and milestone schedules, managing multiple project workstreams.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting frameworks, and executive stakeholder communications, ensuring effective communication.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of programme and project management disciplines, including planning, governance, risk management, dependency management, and reporting
• Significant experience delivering complex programmes within technology, payments, retail, hospitality, or fintech environments
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, including executive leadership
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience working with global teams and geographically distributed stakeholders
• Proven track record managing large-scale transformation, product delivery, or customer implementation programmes
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
