Finance Manager

Join CoreWeave as a Finance Manager, where you will be a key strategic partner to the Product and Engineering teams. You will lead financial planning and analysis processes, prepare and present financial reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify financial risks. A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required, along with experience in a senior financial leadership role.

• Lead pricing exercises and long-range planning across the CPU organization, providing detailed forecasts and strategic analysis.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to provide impact analysis of key decisions, tradeoffs, and product strategy.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within cloud
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
