GTM Systems Manager

Join our Revenue Operations team as a GTM Systems Manager. In this role, you will own a portfolio of commercial technologies, drive their strategy and performance, and prepare our technology stack for AI and automation. You will work closely with commercial teams, optimize the tech stack, build AI and automation solutions, evaluate and implement new tools, manage integrations and data, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure tool health and governance.

• Own the strategy, roadmap, performance, and continuous improvement of a portfolio of commercial technologies.
• Work closely with commercial teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and ensure the tools deliver measurable value.
• Use agentic software tools and AI coding assistants to build custom workflows, integrations, and solutions that improve how GTM teams operate.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or a similar GTM technology role
• Experience using AI coding assistants, agentic development tools, or automation platforms to build technical solutions
• Experience owning business-critical technology, including defining roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and managing stakeholders
• Experience with GTM tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Clay, Gong, Aircall, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, data models, and system integrations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
• Strong product and prioritization mindset, with the ability to identify underlying business problems rather than simply respond to individual requests
