Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Join our ambitious People team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for HQ roles, with a focus on commercial hiring. You'll leverage AI and automation in your hiring process, build talent communities, and partner closely with hiring managers. You'll also help shape the function beyond day-to-day tasks, including employer branding and redesigning our hiring process.

• Run end-to-end recruitment for HQ roles, with a focus on commercial hiring and support on expert hiring.
• Lead sourcing proactively and creatively, building campaigns and channels to find the right people.
• Leverage AI, automation, and workflows across your hiring, including managing and training the AI agents.

• Confidence with senior stakeholders, pairing data with strategic thinking to guide their decisions
• A reader of people: you pick up on motivation, energy and culture fit beyond what's on the CV
• Equally comfortable across executive backfills and new role builds, sometimes both in the same week
• Fluent in English. Dutch is a lovely bonus, never a requirement
• A strong sourcing instinct: you know your way around Boolean, X-ray and creative channels, and you don't wait on inbound to fill a pipeline
• 5–8 years in TA, or a mix of TA and agency recruitment
• Experience in scale-ups or start-ups; you've worked in small, less structured organizations and know how to build without a playbook
• Curiosity about AI and automation in recruitment: you're already experimenting and genuinely excited to learn more
