Client Account Manager (Mid-Market Sales, Goods)

Join Reddit's Canadian Mid-Market Goods team as a Client Account Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with your Client Partner to execute and optimize campaigns, deepen relationships with existing advertising partners, and drive revenue growth. You will also educate brands and media agencies on Reddit's value proposition, consult clients on their marketing objectives, and analyze campaign performance data to develop recommendations. Additionally, you will mentor and train other team members.

• Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals, manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners.
• Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish, delivering insightful optimization recommendations to agency and client partners.
• Proactively identify and pitch upsell opportunities to clients to contribute to account growth, and shape Reddit’s native ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback.

• Comfortable with problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Proficient at upselling with a proven track record of growing client spend
• Proficiency in Excel preferred
• High attention to detail
• Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment
• 4-7 years of experience in advertising sales and account management
• Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
• Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners
