Head of Internal Communication

Join Trustpilot as the Head of Internal Communication, where you'll play a critical role in shaping how we communicate within the organization. In this senior individual contributor role, you'll influence communication channels, tools, and guidance, while partnering closely with leaders and teams. You'll act as a hands-on communication partner, support major strategic initiatives, and own the structure of our communication system. Additionally, you'll build communication capability across Trustpilot and make it easy for our leaders to communicate effectively.

• A strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and get things done - equally comfortable shaping a communication strategy and getting into the details of how it lands
• Significant experience in internal communication, employee engagement or a related field, with a strong track record of operating at a strategic level
• A trusted and credible partner who can build relationships quickly, influence senior stakeholders and work effectively with people across all levels and areas of the business
• A confident communicator, storyteller and facilitator, with the ability to bring simplicity to complexity, turn complicated briefs into clear and compelling communication, and bring people with you — whether working with senior leaders, facilitating a company-wide session or helping a leader prepare for a difficult conversation
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, while retaining a clear view of the bigger picture and maintaining a strong bias for action
