Strategic Client Manager

As a Strategic Client Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our largest fleet clients, building and managing relationships, coordinating with brokers, and resolving client issues. You will have the opportunity to shape our corporate client management approach and use AI in your day-to-day work. Strong experience in the insurance industry and a client-facing role is required.

• Gérer la relation avec un portefeuille de clients de flotte importants, en devenant leur point de contact principal et en développant une compréhension approfondie de leur entreprise.
• Établir et gérer notre approche de gestion des comptes d'entreprise : examens des clients, rapports, cadence de la relation et planification des comptes.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les courtiers et nos responsables du développement des courtiers pour offrir une expérience coordonnée à chaque client d'entreprise.
