About The Role
Join Flock, a pioneering company in the fleet insurance industry. As an Engineering Lead, you will drive the growth of the Acquisition team, own delivery and technical quality, and mentor engineers. You will work closely with the PM to translate business goals into technical scope and delivery plans. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company.
- Lead a team building products that directly drive Flock’s growth, owning delivery and technical quality for the Acquisition team.
- Write high-quality, well-tested TypeScript code and own end-to-end delivery to production, integrating with and contributing to the development of RESTful APIs.
- Drive improvements to developer experience, CI/CD, observability and release practices that make the whole team faster and more confident.
