Commercial Specialist - Public Sector

As a Commercial Specialist in the Public Sector, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering competitive deals, managing the entire commercial lifecycle from opportunity identification to ongoing contract management. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, Pricing, and Procurement, to ensure clear commercial commitments and risk understanding.

• Support the commercial aspects of bids, proposals, and new opportunities, helping to structure deals that align pricing, scope, and contractual risk.
• Lead negotiations with customers, identifying commercial risks and opportunities, and developing appropriate mitigations.
• Provide ongoing commercial support to Delivery teams, including contract interpretation, change control, and issue resolution.
