Senior Partner Manager (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Join Veeam's EMEA Alliances team as a Senior Partner Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be responsible for managing strategic technology alliances in Ireland and the UK, including Microsoft, AWS, Red Hat, and HPE. Your role will involve building relationships with alliance partners, driving awareness of Veeam, and accelerating co-sell opportunities. You will also partner with marketing teams to localize initiatives and leverage the wider ecosystem to broaden reach.

• 5+ years’ experience in an alliances, channel or business development role at an enterprise software or technology vendor, with strong expertise in at least one strategic alliance (Microsoft, AWS, Red Hat and HPE preferred)
• Proven track record of creating pipeline and closing complex deals, directly or through alliance partners, with strong commercial acumen
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals, from strategic to tactical, and a creative approach to co-marketing and local partnerships
• Ability to influence and motivate external teams, from field sellers to senior executives, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• A results-driven, hands-on attitude and the ability to ramp up quickly, balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail; willing to travel frequently (40–50%) across the Ireland & UK and occasionally across EMEA
