Legal Counsel

Join our UK & Ireland Legal Team as a Legal Counsel. You will support various markets, review and negotiate commercial contracts, assist with dispute management, provide practical legal advice, and shape internal policies. You should be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with experience in engineering, consultancy, construction, energy, or broader projects work. Strong communication skills and a proactive, innovative mindset are essential.

• Reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including professional services agreements, subcontracts, NEC3/4, frameworks, and more.
• Providing clear, practical advice on various legal matters, including procurement, competition, intellectual property, governance, and risk management.
• Supporting the business with dispute management and resolution, working with external counsel and insurers where needed.

• You’ll be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with experience in one or more of the following areas: engineering/design, consultancy, construction, energy or broader projects work—whether from private practice or an in‑house role
• You can build relationships at every level, explain complex issues simply, and collaborate across multi‑disciplinary teams
