Buyer Role Understand internal customer needs and sourcing requirements. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure competitive and sustainable supplier relationships. Manage RFQs/RFPs and support supplier selection processes. Review supplier proposals and provide recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and corporate standards. Manage supplier master data, vendor records, and supplier performance evaluations. Create, process, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Global Procurement teams to support operational and strategic sourcing activities. Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Strategic Sourcing roles. Experience managing multiple procurement categories and supplier portfolios. Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills. Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. English proficiency at B2 level or above. Ability to work in a multinational and cross-functional environment.
