SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS: The Student Accounts Coordinator serves as the primary frontline contact for students and parents regarding tuition fees and student financial matters. The role focuses on providing high-quality student service, processing routine financial transactions, maintaining accurate student account records, and supporting the Student Accounts Officer in collections and reconciliations. The Coordinator ensures timely communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to university financial policies, while escalating complex financial cases to the Officer/Supervisor.
