Senior Legal Counsel – China, Taiwan, Hong Kong

CooperCompanies is seeking an experienced and commercially minded lawyer to join its Asia Pacific legal team as Senior Legal Counsel – China, Taiwan, Hong Kong supporting both CooperCompanies divisions: CooperVision and CooperSurgical. This role serves as a strategic legal adviser and trusted business partner to the China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong Leadership Teams and works closely with the Head of Legal, APAC and the Global Legal Team. The position plays a critical role in shaping business strategy, enabling sustainable growth, and managing legal and compliance risks. In addition, the role contributes to regional and global legal initiatives, drives Strategic Key Accounts (SKA) contracting excellence, and supports the ongoing transformation and capability building of the APAC Legal function.
