ARE YOU READY to decide what AI is actually worth building?
Every bank now has AI ambition. Very few can tell you which use case is worth funding, what the process has to look like for it to work, or whether the value ever arrived. That gap is the job.
As part of Accenture's AI & Data practice in Greece, you will join the team reinventing core banking domains with AI — working inside live engagements with systemic institutions, from client onboarding and KYB through lending, payments and servicing. You will sit between the business and the build: analysing how a process actually runs today, designing how it should run when an agent holds part of the decision, defining what gets built, and quantifying and tracking the value it delivers.
This is a role for people who want to understand the business, not only the technology.
What You'll Do
Analyse and map current-state banking processes — cycle time, effort, handoffs, rework, decision points — and distinguish the process as documented from the process as actually run
Design future-state operating models for AI-enabled processes, including control points, exception paths and human-in-the-lead patterns
Translate business problems into structured AI use cases, user stories and functional requirements, including acceptance criteria for probabilistic output
Build business cases and ROI models: baselining, benefit quantification, phasing, sensitivity analysis
Define KPIs and value tracking mechanisms, and build reporting that shows senior stakeholders where value is landing
Contribute to discovery workshops with senior banking stakeholders — preparation, structured capture, synthesis and follow-up
Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams through delivery
What We Need
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
1-2 years of experience in consulting, banking, transformation, business analysis or a comparable analytical role
Strong structured thinking; comfortable building and defending a quantitative model in Excel
Clear communicator who can turn analysis into a narrative a senior stakeholder will act on
Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
Curiosity about AI and the judgement to ask the right questions — you do not need to build models, but you do need to know what they can and cannot do
Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional environments
Nice to have
Exposure to banking domains, e.g. onboarding and KYC/KYB, lending, payments, custody
Process mapping or business analysis experience
Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, agents or prompt-based workflows
