Support Manager – Electro-Optical Systems - Global Opportunity

Plan and manage maintenance and support projects for electro-optical systems . Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, HW/SW support, repairs and technical assistance. Manage upgrades , modifications, obsolescence and enhancements to in-service systems. Monitor planning, costs, risks, milestones, deliverables and KPIs . Manage the day-to-day relationship with the customer and monitor contractual commitments. Coordinate internal multidisciplinary teams and suppliers. Support the preparation of scope extensions and new requirements identified during contract execution.
