Junior Plant Controller

Support monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Analyze production costs, material consumption, and manufacturing variances. Prepare regular operational reports for plant management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and investigate deviations. Support inventory controlling and stock reconciliations. Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to improve cost efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling processes and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting preferred Experience in a production environment is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ERP experience and knowledge in Power BI is a plus. Ability to work with data and translate findings into business insights. Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn. Good command of English, both written and spoken (level B2 as a minimum). Team player with the ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
