Key Job Responsibilities

• Assist clinical data analysis, research and quality assurance initiatives.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on community outreach and wellness programs.

• Review and validate medical and digital content.

• Ensure outstanding guest experience across all service touchpoints.

• Manage guest feedback and drive continuous service improvements.

Candidate Profile

• MBBS or MD qualification from a recognized university.

• Valid registration with the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) is mandatory.

• Overseas exposure in the health/wellness industry will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Sound clinical judgment and problem-solving skill.

• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, screening methodologies and best practices.

• In-depth understanding of medical legal and regulatory guidelines.
