Job Description

1.接聽業務同仁來電，提供核保及理賠相關作業諮詢與協助。

2.聯繫核保、理賠承辦人員，協助案件溝通與問題協調，擔任業務單位與後勤單位間之橋樑。

3.追蹤案件處理進度，確保相關資訊正確傳達並提升服務效率。

4.建立良好跨部門合作關係，提升業務同仁服務滿意度。

5.主管交辦事項及其他行政支援工作。
