• 0800保戶熱線服務暨解答保戶詢問保險相關問題
• 網路及語音留言處理
• 客戶情緒抱怨處理
• 電訪新契約保戶及異常件客戶
• 執行主管交辦事項
• 提升諮詢客戶滿意度之改善方案或提案執行
• 具相關保險業0800電話客服2年以上經驗，具申訴處理經驗尤佳
• 具良好的溝通及協調能力、抗壓性高
• 熟操作相關客服CRM 系統與MS office辦公軟體(Outlook, Excel, Word)
• 具保險證照尤佳
• 無須輪班
