Sales Engineer - Project M/f/d

As a Sales Engineer - Project, you will drive and develop project sales, build strong relationships with key account installers, and manage the project pipeline. • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with targeted Key Account Installers, ensuring the company's solutions are front-of-mind throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, track, and manage Project opportunities from tender to Initial design through to project completion. Maintain accurate progress and visibility using CRM project milestones and reporting tools.
• Drive both open spec and Hager specification-led sales, follow up on project opportunities, collaborating with the wider team to ensure Hager project win rate grows.
